Quality Management System of SEMCO

We have in place full fledged quality control systems at our workshops. Our products are accepted by inspection agencies such as Lloyds, SGS, BUREAU VERITAS, Germanischer Lloyds for Container and Cargo Lashing Products and other such international agencies. SEMCO's arrange for inspection by RDSO and RITES  for its railway components. Moreover, get our products and raw material tested for quality also from other agencies if desired by customers.

Semco has a complete set of in-house quality control facilities in order to inspect the custom forging products with its own quality assurance plans. Semco performs the dimensional layout inspection and investigate the defects radio graphically as per foundry standards. In addition it checks the defects such as cracks and porosity etc.

Our qualified staff and team of engineers ensure that no defect is passed on to customers. In order to maintain quality standards  tests for reliability and strength are carried out at various stages of production, before machining and final approval. Even packing is done in a manner that goods maintain their quality and do not rust or break. Containers are well fumigated.
